- Images (Selfies): We collect the image you select or capture via the camera to perform the Seasonal Color Analysis.
- Camera Data: We access your device's camera to scan fabric colors (colorimetry). This data is processed locally in real-time to measure RGB/Lab values and is not recorded or sent to any server.
- Usage Data: We may collect anonymous crash reports and performance metrics to improve the App stability.
3. How We Use Your Data
- AI Analysis: The selfie you upload is transmitted securely to our third-party AI provider, Google Gemini (Google Cloud), solely for the purpose of analyzing skin tone, contrast, and features to generate your Seasonal Profile.
- Local Storage: The analyzed profile (your season, palette, and bio) and the original photo are saved locally on your device's file system. We do not maintain a central database of user photos.
4. Third-Party Services
We utilize the following third-party services to function:
- Google Gemini (Generative AI): Used to process images and generate text analysis. Google Privacy Policy
- Firebase (Google): Used for application configuration and secure AI connectivity.
5. Data Retention
- Your Device: Your seasonal profile remains on your device until you delete the App or select "Reset Analysis" within the App settings.
- Cloud Processing: Images sent to Google Gemini are transient; they are processed for the analysis and not used by us to train models or track you.
6. Your Rights
You may reset your data at any time by tapping "Reset Analysis" in the App, which permanently deletes your profile and photo from local storage. You may also revoke Camera or Photo Library permissions via your iOS Settings.

By downloading or using the Twelve Seasons app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Twelve Seasons is a color analysis tool that uses computer vision and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to estimate a user's "Seasonal Color Palette" and analyze fabric colors.
3. AI Disclaimer (Important)
Not Professional Advice: The analysis provided by this App is generated by Artificial Intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI interpretations of color and "style archetypes" are subjective and may vary based on lighting, camera quality, and model limitations.
For Styling Purposes Only: The results are intended for entertainment and personal styling guidance. They should not be considered absolute scientific fact or professional fashion advice.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, offensive, pornographic, or infringes on the rights of others. You are solely responsible for the images you upload for analysis.
5. Intellectual Property
The design, "Digital Atelier" aesthetic, source code, and algorithms of the App are owned by Twelve Seasons. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use.
6. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
